Biography

 

​Jessica Benton Cooney is an international development communications professional who has worked in media/communications as a communications specialist, web editor, photographer for USAID, several USAID projects, NGOs, and the United Nations. Her stints have included overseas work in Liberia, Afghanistan, Guatemala, and El Salvador.

 

Jessica was also a staff writer/production editor for The Congressional Quarterly in Washington, D.C, and a Peace Corps Volunteer in El Salvador from 2004-2006.  

 

She has a master's in Human Rights from The London School of Economics and Political Science.
